Job Summary
As a Full-Time Flex Houseparent, a married couple resides in an on-campus student home to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. This position offers relocation to Hershey, PA, competitive compensation of $44,768 per person (~$168,000 per couple) plus comprehensive benefits, housing and meals on duty, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role models for students
