Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married-couple role serving as Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a permanent Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
