Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time two-person houseparent couple at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Responsible for supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided; on-site housing and meals during duty are included. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a two-person, married-couple role that requires both spouses to apply individually.
