Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance to groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medications administration, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and both spouses who are legally married for at least two years plus age 27 or older; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
