Job Summary
Two-person married couple role providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a nine-on, three-off schedule before placement in a single student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
