Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents, Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, supervising and guiding 8–13 students, managing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, and leading daily devotions. The role transitions from nine days on / three days off to a stable placement in a single student home. Compensation per person is $44,768 with full benefits and relocation assistance. Must be a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and able to lift 50 lbs; requires valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans. Requires high school diploma or GED; includes on-campus housing, meals, and paid training; established to support student development and well-being.
