Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and adapting to a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and vehicle-operation certification, and a legally married couple willing to work together in a smoke- and weapon-free campus; relocation is provided. Relocation assistance and paid training are included. Both spouses must complete individual applications and be at least 27 years old, with no more than three dependent children and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
