Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time Flex Houseparents) live on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, for a two-person married couple team. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and following a nine-on/three-off duty cycle with eventual placement in a dedicated student-home. Both spouses must apply individually, be legally married for at least two years, and meet age/household constraints; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans required.
