Job Summary
Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a full-time, two-person, on-campus live-in role for married couples (legally married for at least two years) to supervise and support a group of 8–13 students in student homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person (~$46,917) with total compensation around $180,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
