Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple live-in role as Flex Houseparents serving 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires experience with youth, driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, high school diploma or GED, and compliance with campus policies.
