Job Summary
Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA. Married couples live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; initial rotation with potential transition to a placed houseparent role. Responsibilities include supervising, scheduling, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off; requires two-year married status and age 27+, with on-campus housing and full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
