Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples sought for Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA to live in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-day on, three-day off schedule and progresses to a Placed Houseparent model living with the same student group.
