Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School are a two-person, full-time role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise, mentor, and support approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a consistent student-home assignment.
