Job Summary
Houseparents, Full-Time Flex Houseparents: Married couples reside on-campus in student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and support to groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting/household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on/two-off schedule and progresses to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; benefits include housing, meals on duty, health/dental/vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
