Job Summary
Two-person married-couple, full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. They oversee household routines, budgeting, and reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off schedule, transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Relocation assistance is provided. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with van-certification ability, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.; both spouses must be 27+ and legally married for at least two years. The compensation is $44,768 per person plus comprehensive benefits, totaling approximately $168,000 per couple.
Required Qualifications
