Job Summary
Houseparents, Full-Time: Two-person, married-couple roles live on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and coordinating with student homes on an initial 9-on/3-off schedule with eventual placement in a shared student home.
