Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise 8–13 students per home, provide care and guidance, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role. The role includes relocation to Hershey, PA, on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance is provided. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility for both spouses who are legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older.
