Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-timeFlex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside on campus in student homes and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and following a nine-days-on/three-days-off rotation with a later transition to a Placed Houseparent within the same student home. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, and paid time off. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the couple must be legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older.
