Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married couple living on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, oversee routines, administer medications, drive to activities, lead devotions and chapel, plan developmental activities, manage budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule initially and eventual placement in a consistent student-home role; relocation assistance provided and total compensation per couple includes housing, meals, benefits, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and campus chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
