Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (two-person, married couple) serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, transporting and planning activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing household routines and budgeting, and progressing from a flexible assignment to a placed houseparent living with the same group in a dedicated home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, both spouses married for at least two years and aged 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance is provided; the role includes nine days on duty followed by three days off, with benefits and paid training available.
