Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, full-time, on-campus role for married couples living in student homes, providing care, supervision, and development opportunities for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent in the same home.
