Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes, provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule; this is a two-person, married-couple position with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
