Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple will reside on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and adapting from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a safe, smoke-free, weapon-free campus; must be legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
