Houseparents (two-person, married couple) needed to live in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, scheduling, medication administration, driving to activities, and leading devotions and Chapel. Role progresses from nine-on/three-off cycles to a Placed Houseparent assignment; includes budgeting and household reporting, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans. Relocation support and on-site housing are provided. Proactive, caring individuals with experience working with youth are preferred.
