Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Flex Houseparents are a two-person, full-time on-campus role for married couples at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The position involves supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home setting, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, couples work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group. A high school diploma or GED is required; candidates must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
