Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (full-time) for Milton Hershey School, a two-person married couple role living on-campus in student homes to supervise a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living in the same student home. Required: high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, willingness to lead devotions and chapel, and commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and to supervised student success.
