Job Summary
Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role progresses from initial placement in multiple homes to a Placed Houseparent position living with the same student group. This is a full-time, two-person role for legally married couples, with relocation to Hershey, PA and on-site housing. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
