Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time) live on campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, and provide supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. The role includes managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions with Sunday Chapel attendance. Initially, a nine-on / three-off schedule across multiple homes with a transition to a dedicated home with the same student group. Benefits include salary around $44,768 per person (approx. $168k per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and on-site housing. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limited pet restrictions. Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for married couples
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses 27 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Willingness to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Chapel services
- Residential care experience with youth preferred
- Relocation to Hershey, PA
