Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care to a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Duties include supervising routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students in their home. Benefits include housing, meals on duty, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; applicants must be able to lead students in devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited). Relocation assistance is provided. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples (married)
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to serve as role models for students
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
