Job Summary
Two-person, Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School serve as on-campus caregivers for groups of 8–13 students, supervising daily routines, providing mentorship, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning development and recreation, leading devotions, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across multiple student homes, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent in a dedicated home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with certification to drive student vans, and being legally married for at least two years (both spouses age 27+). Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided along with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications

- No more than three dependent children in the home
