Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School provide on-campus care, supervision, and mentorship to groups of approximately 8–13 students in a family-like home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a flexible assignment to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. The role is full-time, with an initial schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
