Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. They reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The position begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Qualifications include experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided; both spouses must apply individually to be considered.
