Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual placement as a long-term Houseparent in a fixed student home. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting, and reporting. The position requires a legally married two-person couple (both spouses) aged 27 or older, with a shared commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, valid driver’s licenses, and the ability to lead students in devotional activities. Education requirement is a high school diploma or GED. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.
