Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents are on-campus, live with a group of 8–13 students in a student home, and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same student home. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid time off, and other benefits. Qualifications require experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role is for married couples who are legally married for at least two years and where both spouses are at least 27 years old; there are limits on dependent children.
