Job Summary
Two-person, full-time houseparent couple living on campus in White Hall, IL, to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and engage students in developmental and recreational activities, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and eventual placement in a consistent student-home assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse requirement for the role
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Sunday Chapel services
