Job Summary
Flex Houseparents: a two-person married couple living on campus to provide supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group in their own home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA and comprehensive benefits with housing and meals on duty.
