Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in a on-campus home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying Sunday Chapel. The role progresses from initial nine-on/three-off duty cycles to a Placed Houseparent arrangement living with the same student group.
