Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on-campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and guide a group of 8–13 students in their home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a rotating 9-on/3-off schedule to a stable placed-houseparent assignment with the same student group.
