Job Summary
Two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and participating in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, relocation assistance, and paid training. Qualifications include youth-experience, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a strong commitment to student success; both spouses must meet these criteria and submit individual applications.
Required Qualifications
