Job Summary
Two-person, Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, schedules, medications, transportation, devotions, Chapel attendance, and coordinating activities. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle with potential placement into a single student home, and includes comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, a married couple status, and both spouses aged 27 or older.
Required Qualifications
