Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time Flex Houseparents) reside on campus in student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students; duties include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule initially and potential transition to a placed Houseparent role; requires a two-person married couple, both aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; relocation to Hershey, PA, and complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications

- Must be legally married for at least two years
