Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time Flex Houseparents) reside on Milton Hershey School campus in on-site student homes and supervise 8–13 students. The two-person, married-couple role involves providing daily supervision, mentorship, supervising routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, couples work a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle with potential transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Salary is $44,768 per person with comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. To apply, both spouses must complete individual employment applications. Required Qualifications

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
