Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions while planning recreational engagements. Transition from a rotating schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same students. Maintain household budgets and reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, and hold valid U.S. driver's licenses to operate student home vans.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
