Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions while planning recreational engagement. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time while students attend school. Transition to a Placed Houseparent role after initial support period. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, and hold a valid U.S. driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
