Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents, Full-Time at Milton Hershey School (MHS) seeking married couples to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and mentorship for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off cycle and transitions into a placed Houseparent living with the same students. This is a two-person, fully on-campus caregiving position requiring relocation to Hershey, PA, with relocation assistance and paid training provided.
