Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Administer medications, drive students to activities, plan recreational engagement, lead devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time while students are in school. This two-person role requires a legally married couple aged 27 or older, with both spouses completing individual applications. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; MHS staff serve as role models for students
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
