Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities, plan recreational engagements, lead daily devotions, and accompany them to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting for the assigned group. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off. This two-person role requires a legally married couple residing on campus to foster a structured, family-like environment supporting academic, emotional, and social development. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
