Job Summary
Manage daily routines, mealtimes, and bedtime for a residential student group while fostering a safe, inclusive living environment. Coordinate wake-up schedules, homework support, and recreational activities to promote academic and social growth. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility through consistent discipline and role-modeling. Communicate regularly with teachers, health services, and administrators to monitor progress and maintain household logistics including meal planning, budgeting, and transportation. Work extended on-duty blocks on campus with scheduled time off, balancing energy demands with organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
