Job Summary
Manage a student home by coordinating daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Provide direct care, structure, and supervision to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally through role-modeling, conflict resolution coaching, and participation in recreational activities and community service. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, maintain household logistics such as meal planning and budgeting, and ensure consistent, caring support aligned with school policies.
Required Qualifications
