Job Summary
Manage a student home by coordinating daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while providing daily care, structure, and supervision. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility through clear expectations and consistent discipline that aligns with school policies. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, and plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Maintain household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, transportation coordination, and living space upkeep. Work on campus with extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off in a residential setting.
Required Qualifications
